Our inspections include a Pest and Dry Rot Inspection
A visual inspection of accessible areas for active, or evidence of past, infestation of wood destroying insects to include termites, carpenter ants, rot, wood boring beetles and wood destroying fungus.

Upon completion of the inspection, a computerized Inspection Report with digital pictures is printed on site and presented in the Pillar To Post® Inspection Report Binder, which also includes a Seasonal Maintenance Checklist, Home File System for documenting home ownership costs and a Home Depot Home Repair CD-Rom.
